Nexus CDN dowload server won't work

So, I've been trying to download mods for Skyrim, and I keep getting an error message on Nexus Mod Manage. It had been a while since I'd visited the site, so I thought maybe it wasn't up to date. It was. I tried manually download, but the site for the download server, simply called CDN, wouldn't load for me. I even tried downloading Vortex, to see if that might do something different, but the server wouldn't even respond to let me download that. Is the non-premium download server down? What other problems could be interfering with it? My internet is working fine, are there any settings I'm missing?
