That's very odd considering they were doing exactly that before we spoke to Elbert. Only after that did they stop.
My post very clearly tells you the other merchants were restocking just fine before.
Whether that's a quirk of LAN play, one of our few mods, or something else in the back neither of us is aware of, I don't know.
I did that, but it stopped working.
Instead what I did was go into his stock and set his respawning items to an absurdly high number. Same with the temple ladies that sell alchemy supplies.
