[SOLVED] Your plugins or their load order does not match the server's.
Alright, I'm invested enough in this to write a ticket. After reading almost all of the help discussions, I'm stumped, lol. After reading almost all of the help discussions, I also have great faith and confidence in those that are helping others out here though, so here I am.

Fresh install of morrowind through steam, I then download and extract the [tes3mp.Win64.release.0.6.2-hotfixed] into its own folder in the morrowind directory. I ran the [openmw-wizard], select the Morrowind.esm file and complete the rest of the wizard.

My router port is forwarded to 25565 with UDP as displayed: https://i.imgur.com/HUWsDio.png

I then edit the .cfg files as shown: https://i.imgur.com/1qBhhEx.png

I launch the [tes3mp-server] and then [openmw-launcher] and take note of the following: https://i.imgur.com/xCj78MD.png

I hit play on the [openmw-launcher] window and note that my server is unavailable which I see as a common problem which is why I am going overkill on supplying imagery incase I am still missing something.

I read that tes3mp should still be launchable even if it is unavailable as it would launch locally and I run into the following problem: https://i.imgur.com/wx7CzEH.png

After reading too many support tickets, I start beating the [pluginlist.json] with the javascript hammer hoping that the problem is somewhere in here: https://i.imgur.com/K4HcTn8.png

Beating it with a hammer didn't work so I'm stumped. Any guidance?

In your list of data files (https://i.imgur.com/xCj78MD.png) you see the warning icon next to Bloodmoon.esm, because the order in which those .esm files are loaded is important, and Bloodmoon is expected to be loaded after Tribunal.

Solution is to simply drag&drop Bloodmoon.esm below the Tribunal.esm and run the game.

Please do report it that got rid of the issue for you.

Deleting the json extentions for bloodmoon and tribunal, as well as unchecking them in the openmw-launcher allows us to both play together and holy crap the game is snappy. I'm just concerned that the fix will require us to reset our progress or so. I'm uncertain.

Thank you kindly. I clickspammed all sorts of thing but didn't expect those to be dragable. I wonder why they were in the wrong order in the first place.
