Report a translation problem
The best we have is Collections which are glorified modlists with some automation. For instance they can automate some downloads, especially if you have Nexus Premium. With a bit of luck the author and surrounding community did a decent job of testing all those mods together. Haven't taken the plunge myself yet:

EDIT: Never mind, looks like I misread - MOISE is explicitly not OpenMW-compatible.
I bet someone dedicated could create a tes3mp-targeted Wabbajack collection that automates some setup specific to this fork, though.
