Setting up mods on a server.
Trying to run a server with a bunch of mods. I don't get any errors on missing mods on a client. I double checked pluginlist.json and openMW.cfg, but while playing only a couple of mods seem to work. For example a Fetcher shop has appeared in Vivec and enchanted arrows are there. (AreaEffectArrows.esp) But neither Fair Magica Regen nor Apoapse's Attack mods affect in any way. What might be causing this issue?

From what I recall, there is a missing semicolon in Fair Magicka Regen, which makes it not work in OpenMW by default. Once you add the missing semicolon, it should start working.
When I did that, I edited the file with OpenMW-CS, but then when I saved the changes, it made a new .omwaddon file which makes the mod work as expected (I deleted the original file but kept the .omwaddon file).

Don't know about other mods tho.

Yeah, some mods are strange. I've tested and used loads of mods (I originally attempted to break the thing by installing 100+ mods, many conflicting, to find out the limits) but some such as Fair Magicka Regen or Clean Weapon Sheaths Ultimate don't always activate for some reason - one day everyone will have sheaths, the next they won't... It's weird.

I didn't have to make any changes such as adding the semicolon for F.M.R. or anything though I still have no idea what is causing the issue as the installation hasn't been changing between uses. Might have something to do with OpenMw, might just be a stability issue with the mods themselves.

Haven't actually found any mods that don't work as of yet - but there are definetly some which will cause problems, such as Neccessities of Morrowind and Morrowind Comes Alive as they interfere with the login process with pop-ups of their own blocking the entry boxes.

We should probably make a list of mods that cause issues or might not work properly.

A typo stops mana regeneration script compiling. Workaround: edit the script in OpenMW-CS so the mana_regen script's float PcMagicka is followed by a semicolon instead of colon (should be in line 26 or 27). Then the mod works as intended.
