Failed to Bind Port

So trying to set up a server for me and a few friends went through the server cfg did what i needed to there when i go to launch it crashes and says error failed to bind port so went through and looked at my ports and all seems to be correct any help would be nice

Can you try using 0.0.0.0 as your localAddress, like it is by default?
