What does MSVCP.dll mean and why is it missing?

i have set up TES3MP 3 times, but when i did it the fourth time (each time was on a different PC) the OPMW wizard for TES3MP says i am missing a .dll file and it won't launch. Could someone help me with this?

Basically, it means that MSVSP.dll is missing from that PC or has corrupted somehow.

In THEORY, you should be able to find a copy on any of those 3 pc's stick it on a usb or something and paste it into that pc's C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder.
(The file should be located in one of those).

Just make sure that the folder you copied it from is the same folder it ends up in on the other pc - don't make a folder.

There may also be several versions of the MSVCP.dll file. Eg: MSVCP100.dll, MSVCP71.dll.
I have no idea which TES3MP uses.
