how to get the game, full set in English

I found the game today on youtube! I have no clue how to get the game. if its on steam let me know! thanks! the more info the better, full legit links would be helpful too. I only understand English so I will need the translater too. Thanks!

There is a pastebin link on the Steam page, as well as links and such in the MGQ Discord Server. That is also found on the main Steam Group page. All the links we supply are in English, too!

btw u can goolge my youtube for a decent step by step to install patches look for
