how to get the game, full set in English

I found the game today on youtube! I have no clue how to get the game. if its on steam let me know! thanks! the more info the better, full legit links would be helpful too. I only understand English so I will need the translater too. Thanks!

btw u can goolge my youtube for a decent step by step to install patches look for
monster girl paradox install ( i did not provide link out of repect for this page ) but will if they allow it
