Metro Skin can still be used, disable new vgui (17/06/23)
Metro or others themes can still be used

1º Create a shortcut to Steam on the desktop,
2º click properties, and in "Target" add -vgui.
("C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -vgui)
3º Now turn on steam from that shortcut and you have the old ui!
4º Interface settings on Steam and select the metro skin again!
