a question about library icons

i just watched a video about metro in this link https://www.slant.co/topics/1805/~steam-skins and its so diffrente than what is on the website anyways is there a way to make my icons look big like this and get does options on top right wich changes icons into big and lis mode thank you in advance

oh thank you very much for answering i asked because i though it looked nice so i guess steam doesnt allow it anymore am i right ?

it allows it but the latest working version which you can find (which is 3.7 or 3.8) doesnt show the library because the code is old. But i believe that replacing a few files with the ones from metro 4.4 would fix that problem.

Still it has a lot of bugs, but back in its days imo it worked much better than the current 4.4 :D
