Is it possible to disable mouse double click to start a game from library game list ??

hey everyone,

i'Ve a question regarding a steam "feature" thats annoying me like crazy.

right now on the game list in the new game library, if you double click a game (or if you click twice too fast, like have a twitchy finger or a broken mouse that does double clicks etc.) it starts the game. this is annoying me really much and has been since the new library is on.

i tried fixing it myself but i'm not knowledgeable enough to find the correct lines of code to disable this double click to execute.

does anyone maybe know how i could disable it ?? disabling it should be possible right ? i mean overall its just some html chromium stuff and everything is modifiable from what i know (same as i disabled hte "whats new" section in the library permanently through some lines of code that i added into the webkit.css in the skins resource folder.

hope someone can help me with this thing :)

oh, i totally forgot i opened this thread :( anyone who can help me maybe, it has been so long. or is it impossible to disable that double click to instantly start games in the left library game list ??

Hi, sorry that i missed this. Unfortunately skins can only edit visual appearance and not the behaviour of buttons or clicks

I sure it's impssible to play with a broken mouse so your best bet is to buy a new mouse
