Metro For Steam Installer

As the previous installer by Hertizch is broken, I decided to make my own version, which in addition to the old installer, features a GUI and support to install RedSigma's unofficial patch.

NB: Selecting any A+B extras while installing the unofficial patch version, won't work because it is not fully implemented yet.

since the metro for steam website is dead, I believe a lot of people will come here.

It might be a good idea to edit the description to a simpler one that points out that the installer contains both patched and un-patched versions of the skin.
