I mean the definition of metalcore is a known quantity, there are variations, but there are standard things that apply to all.

I just wanted to learn what it is, I am not trying to make any arguments. Because I really don't know what is described as "metalcore". There are slight differences between subgenres that matter to me none. And sometimes genres change from album to album, so that's very confusing as hell :shengqiknj:
