What you should know about "Phone hack" scam.

Our support team start to get many requests from users hacked with the new method. Expensive users' CS:GO skins traded to DOTA 2 skins using trade bot service and DOTA 2 skins instantly transferred to another account. No confirmation from the user requested.

This can happen if the hacker gets access to your mobile phone account (GoogleID, AppleID, Samsung, Xiaomi e.t.c) or just hack your mobile phone using some virus you ran on your phone with Steam mobile application installed. Most users even don't know the password from the mobile phone account (Google ID or AppleID) but this is very critical.

If your mobile phone account is compromised - the hacker gets access to the Steam Mobile Guard keys and can use these keys to log in to your account and confirm any trades without you even know about this.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to return stolen skins. All trades in Steam are final and can not be reversed. The Steam position is always simple. If your account compromised - you will sot your skins.
Our service also can not return your CS:GO skins because was made a fair trade which was initiated and confirmed using your Steam account keys and we sent to your account DOTA 2 skins with a similar value.

To protect your account make your mobile phone password very difficult to guess AND very important to turn on 2-factor login confirmation in your mobile phone account settings (confirmations with SMS code). Also, never install or run any application to your phone from not trusted sources.

You should just look from the other side. You made a trade in our service. Trade your CS:GO skins with price $16.89 and get the DOTA 2 skin with price $16.86. You have balance $0.03 in your account and you can use it.

Yesterday Loot.Farm stole ALL of my Skins with an exchange WITHOUT ANY CONSENT TO MY PART, and I can prove it because I have the prints and records of the fraudulent movement that they did!

I hope that this site can help me to reverse this CRIME that was done in a peaceful way, I'm sure you won't want to be upset with legal problems!

The main reason is that you don't take care of the security of your phone and your Apple or Google account.
And the second reason is Steam mobile application. Possible is possible to make something to protect your keys. I hope Steam will review this situation and add some additional patches in the future versions.

LOOT Farm does not hack your phone. If your wallet is stolen in the bus you will not blame the bus driver? The owner of the account where your DOTA 2 skins were sent is hacked your phone.

I don't know what happened with these DOTA 2 skins after our trade.

If this is no only one person problem, look at your security and your ease to changed skins from CSGO to DOTA2.
Someone delete my Steam Guard, but i have strong password, and i dont know how its possible

Since it was a problem that several people had, I think it was in good faith to return the skins back to the original owners because it is not our fault that we were stolen. LOOT.Farm Bot#4. have my skins.
