☑ 1 If you have some trade problems, first make sure you are on our service's web LOOT. Farm, not on visually equal phishing webs like lootfarm. farm, lootfarm. com, lootfarm. cash...

☑ 2 If bot offers you to trade, but you don't see items you choose for trade in our service, do not accept the trade. Check your trading history, probably you will see canceled trade from our service and immediately another one in which scammer's trading bot with name and avatar of our service's trading bot takes your item and gives you nothing.

If you accepted it, now you can only report a scam to STEAM , then go at https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey and revoke your api key .
Check viruses, apps and browser extensions on your devices and also look number ☑ 3 ⇩⇩⇩

☑ 3 We got more information about how scammers can get access to your account and stole your skins even if Steam Guard is enabled.

Be careful with fished "Login with Steam" pages. If you see your Steam and Password prompt on such page - do not enter it here. This is the most likely fishing page. Close page, go to steamcommunity.com and log in here if needed.

It just says locked? Anything else that it says?

Just this "Your account is locked and can not make trades on the LOOT.Farm"

The item is overstocked. You have to wait some time until there is open spot for your item.

Hello, yesterday one of your "reliable" trade bots scammed my inventory and i lost all of my skins. I got the screenshots (it was a trade wich i never saw and never accepted on steamguard or anything.) at the time of the "trade" i wasnt online. So it could not be a real trade. The "scambot" is a member of your group and the loot farm bots group.

did you get any balance or skins? check the site, he may have deposited your skins in there. you can use the balance to get most of your skins back.

You give all information in your first post. Your Steam account was compromised and you lost your skins. CS:GO skins have 7 days trade lock after the trade and this is not good if someone wants to cash out skins fast. DOTA 2 skins don't have trade locks. So your CS:GO skins were traded on the LOOT Farm to DOTA 2 skins with the same price. And these DOTA 2 skins traded from your account in the next trade and most likely instantly sold on some marketplace.

Our service was used only because LOOT Farm have the best trading conditions. Our bots not cheat you, not hack your account and not steal your skins. Our service only processed a trade created, confirmed and additionally confirmed from your phone.

Thank you for a very precise answer. I understand, what people disappointed about skins lost, but everyone should understand.

Security is YOUR personal thing. If you download some programs to your phone to get "some advantages" or entered your Steam password on the phishing website. If you have password '12345' on your phone account. This is only your fault. And you don't have to blame others if you lost your skins.
