[Solved] [ FAIL ] Starting rust-server: Permissions issues found

This is what my linux rustserver ( ubuntu ) server says when i use the ./rustserver start ./rustserver restart ./rustserver stop command can anybody help me please

i have two more questions if i do ownerid my64id myingamename i cant do admin things
and if i doe /group to create a group its says unknown command

/group is probably a command done using an oxide addon.

Admin management is done this way :

Don't forget to save config : server.writecfg

Then disconnect/reconnect

Means you're not doing it as you should.

when i restart or close the server is taht what u mean

If you had read https://github.com/GameServerManagers/LinuxGSM/wiki/Rust
You'd know that Rust doesn't have a proper console.

You need to put it in Rusty.
Then server.writecfg
Then disconnect and reconnect from your server within your Rust client (game).

I can't be more clear.

now there is a new rust update comming so how can i update my server now

i dont now really much about linux servers

Look for "update", we didn't write this for dogs.
