ARMA 3 Startup parameters

I was wondering if there's a way I can turn off the -autoinit thats in the default config file? With that on I can't turn off persistent in the server.cfg, which means I can't edit the mission parameters of a mission.

EDIT: Problem solved. I edited the _default.cfg file in /home/arma3server/lgsm/config-default/config-lgsm/arma3server/ and removed the -autoinit part. I did the same in /home/arma3server/lgsm/config-lgsm/arma3server/ just in case.
