Server Not Found CS 1.6

Hello everyone, I'm trying to create a counter strike 1.6 server and I can not find the server.
I have created several of source and cs: go and I have not had problems, but with 1.6 I can not get the server out.

I'm installing it on a server that works with Ubuntu 32 bits.
The guide I am using is the following:

And also maybe follow rules in order to provide relevant information regarding your issue, like at least your postdetails link, console output, netstats outputs and so on.
