Battlefield 1942 Server Manager and BF1942 Remote Manager 2.x support within LGSM?
I've searched around a bit and I haven't seen any mention of Battlefield 1942 Server Manager (BFSM) and the associated Battlefield 1942 Remote Manager.

I used to use these utilities on a daily basis while working with previous installs of Battlefield 1942 servers and am looking for the easiest way to get these utilities integrated into my install of the LGSM of BF1942 that I have. I have basically cobbled together something that seems to work but a bit shaky at times. It would be amazing if LGSM could also run the BFSM binary upon start to allow others to use this tool.

I am using CentOS 7 x64 on a 4GB Ram VM within a Dell Poweredge T610 w/ dual Xeon E5620 Processors.

BFSM and BFRM can be found here: https://www.bf-games.net/downloads/category/58/bfsm-bfrm.html

Can the installation of BFSM be added as an option for the LGSM BF1942 installation script?

Hi,
If you have the exact command-line instructions to install the mod, then I can make it available through mods-install command. https://github.com/GameServerManagers/LinuxGSM/wiki/mods
Also,we need a link to the latest version in order to allow for updating the mod, or a command-line way to get this latest link.

The last version of BFSM and BFRM that was made was v2.01 and is the version shown on the page that I linked in my OP. If you need a more reliable mirror to get it, then I can continue to search. (the package comes as "BFServerManager201.tgz")

According to the ReadMe file concerning installation:

1. Extract "BFSMD" from the distribution archive to /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin.
# tar -xzvf BFServerManager20final.tgz bfsmd
# mv bfsmd /usr/bin
# chmod 755 /usr/bin/bfsmd

2. Copy the useraccess.con, playermenu.con & servermanager.con files from
the distribution archive to the BF server's "settings" directory.

That process went well on my end but BFSM reports that my server goes down every night or sometime during the day because when I connect with the Windows Remote Manager Client, I have to start the server up again.

A direct link to the Linux Server daemon package is ftp:/ftp.bf-games.net/servertools/blackbagops/bf42/BFServerManager201.tgz

I will look for an alternate link using one of the CDN sites...
