OK. I cannot sign up for accounts at all today.

I signed up as a side benefit from WalMart that includes YT TV and NOTHING is working.

They cannot get my account going. Nothing is working.

And Samsung(the TV) demands an account to turn it. That should be a felony to demand that- and it doesn't work either.

I did everything. I called customer service and they flat out admitted that the companies lie, are corrupt, nothing works, they will overcharge, make accounts impossible to cancel...

I have been at the computer for hours trying to fix C6 and so far I have only got it partially working.

Now that I think about it, just about all of my pictures here, when going anywhere, they almost all are at night.

That is NOT an accident!

There's something almost cinematic about it too; streetlights doing the work a director would do with a spotlight, picking out exactly what you're supposed to look at. The Git n Go canopy glowing over empty pumps. Steam coming off a manhole cover. Things that would just be noise at 2pm become the entire scene at 2am.

Here, we have sections where we now have nice housing development- but someone built there decades ago and they refuse to sell- so you have get nice nice nice and then a ransom house that is WTF??? and then it's nice nice nice again.

in 2000, I was driving down Tropicana Ave(one of the biggest E/W streets in town) and in front of trailer parks, it's against their religion to actually use crosswalks.

I didn't run him over. He ran into my car and relieved me of my side mirror and then tried to sue me.

There's a handful of small trailer parks around here but usually people just put it by itself on a small plot.

For some mysterious reason, they are all in older areas.

It is strange how in every section that isn't decades old, they somehow didn't seem to permit them anymore.

I wonder why they went with actual housing that isn't rotting, leaking and horribly made instead.

Well, you know what generates those:

Trailer parks.

Tornadoes.

Basements are ultra rare here as the ground is hard as a rock. Contrary to popular opinion, desert doesn't always mean sand.

And darkness is becoming an issue. Even my "blackout" curtains are pathetic and it's yet one more thing messing with my sleep.

I am seriously thinking about getting another set and sewing them together to double the thickness.

The other thing with curtains, when a room really needs to be blacked out, is they need to be much larger than the windows or the light is gonna leak all around it.

Now you, you have an actual dedicated basement. For some things, that must be handy.

You don't have basements there, but do you at least have a room with limited light? A dark retreat can be nice, too.

People are always "warming it up."

Here is a contrast where I took the bedroom and cooled it down. The bedrooms and the office used to be in a horrible darker puke brown that was simply against humanity.

Who the heck had this place before me? What the heck was wrong with them?

I swear, if I keep this place, I may repaint the entire inside and out and ditch the warm warm warm that really is not meat to be- especially is a desert for cryin' out loud!

Warm and cool have their own advantages and disadvantages, it's just that often times they are simply done badly, misplaced and misused.

The night environment makes them misleading. They are more of a tan- and not a great one.

I have only briefly experienced this when visiting relatives in Texas.

In the tail end of my dad's life he thought that he wanted to move to be with them and dodged a bullet. I won't say how messed up a bunch of them were- many from what I understand all dead now too. You can take some guesses on what was wrong with many of them.
