I gotta say, i just joined a random server of unturned, found the infected group and soon learned that russian zombies are really tough since i went with a group of six to a fire watch place and only i and another member came out alive... "sad hulk music plays"

So there I was in Miscreated, swimming along the river outside of Sultan when I noticed a small opening in the cliffside. Diving under, I found an underwater passage to a small cave system, filled with skeletal remains and aglow in a strange blue light.

I can't saw I've ever had anything as close to a sense of wonder and discovery in H1Z1 as I just did in Miscreated. Hell, I might even play again!

Judging from Reddit, quite a few players seem to be preparing to make the move from H1Z1 to the upcoming game Ark: Survival Evolved. I will be one of them, although I still intend on playing both games as I still enjoy h1z1 from time to time, but assuming Ark is as good as it says it is, I will definitely be devoting most of my playtime there from now on.

Anyway, I wanted to ask if your clan will be making a presence on that game? If so, will you have a podcast series for that game as I really enjoy your podcasts and it would be great to hear them on another survival game.

There are alot of options for them to use to monetize this game, especially during EA. The fact that so many people got hyped over one gas mask shows that vanity is very popular. But to charge 7 dollars for a game mode compared to games like WoW that are 15, it just seems asinine that people would pay for that.

I want them to thrive and become successful, but charging people to play a half-built game mode is just not the right way to do. Alternatively, if they charged people to get access to BR but not the main game, I think the price might be easier to swallow.

I think they need a carrot to get the game you want. Subs are that carrot, and it's not just for the Devs, there's an investment company looking at what they just bought. If they can prove the investment then we get an excellent game. I'm willing to spend money on the chance to make that happen. I'm not saying you are wrong but I've gotten more than my monies worth so far so I feel pretty ok with whatever they are willing to try. I think the market will speak and I'm not sure reddit is that market.

Honestly, I think charging for unlimited access to a game mode is fine if the game was about to release. But its not, and BR is far from being a product worth charging for. It was a scummy move to start charging during the 3rd month of Alpha and the reaction is 100% justified.
PS: I would never pay for a BR sub because I want a zombie survival game.

Haha just tried a straw poll on reddit to see what people would pay for BR... Got schooled for not putting zero! I think $1.99-2.99 is the right number once game is launched.

Looks like DBG quickly backed off their idiotic subscription model for BR. Smart, but has the damage been done? Food for thought.

Ohhh one other thing, someone left the doors open and I cant seem to close them.

This is Mega, This morning I took the time to try to orgainze the storage containers a little. You will all see what I mean. Now container is seperated such as Backpack, or Ar15, or Metal parts, or Axes, etc.

Lets hope in the future devs can add signs or labels for things.
