The two - at the moment - to send to Oblivion would be:

... M'aiq the Liar.
... Nazeem, without a doubt. I sooo want to 'remove all items' and have him walk around Whiterun without clothes and than set him on fire..... and use Unrelenting force to send him flying 'here and there' .... then send him to Oblivion, only to be REJECTED cause they would NOT want him there!

Males:

... Eric the Slayer, I just feel sorry for him. He wants so bad to be an adventurer and warrior. When I 'turned him over' to join the BLADES - it was like he found his calling. He was one very happy camper!
