Idle Master works for every game in which you are eligible to receive card drops for.
IE: Only games that you own which have trading cards that have not been fully collected. If a game on your Badges page says that you have card drops remaining, Idle Master will idle that game.
Some of these may not have card drops availble but if they do i dont have them and it doesnt work.
Go to your badges page and see which ones have card drops available. If none of them have card drops available, then you've already gotten them and theres nothing more that Idle Master can do. If they show card drops remaining and Idle Master does not idle them, then theres a problem with Idle Master.
If you have more than 4-6 hours of play time in each of those games, then you've probably already gotten every card drop possible.
