"0 Idle Now", but Idle Master says "Currently In-Game"

Idle Master says that I'm currently in-game, but my steam profile does not. That being said, the program also has the "0 Idle Now" message. I think my settings are wrong or something, how can I fix this?

Having the same issue as you! "showing currently in game" but will not finish dropping remaining cards or even show me which game is "currently running"..plus the IM seems to be messed up by saying I'm not logged into steam, it will allow me to go to log in page but just returns to the same problems showing "currently in game & not logged into steam"..I'm going to try restarting my pc and see if this helps

I figured out the problem, actually. Do you use Norton? It kept removing one of the files, steam-idle.exe . If you run your anti-virus and look at recent activities or something, it should list that it removed it.

Thanks Rude Boy EEEE...I fixed it by going to windows settings "uninstall" then to "go to previous version" I did not uninstall it, just went to previous version..and it works fine again..so something went wrong when I hit update IM about a week ago!

Double check your Badges page to make sure you have drops remaining. The yellow boxes in this image show the proper location to check.

Free-2-Play games do not give any card drops for adding them to your Library, you must spend 9$US for each drop. Non-F2P games give half (rounded up) the number of cards in the set. Duplicates will count against your allotment of cards. Trading/Selling/Using those cards will not give you additional/replacement cards.

I was having the same issue , started using the Portable version and added the .exe's to my Nortans exclusion list, working perfect now with multiple drops everytime I load up steam

It's not only Norton's problem. Kaspersky IS 2016 is also blocking Idle Master. And when I use it, it says "0 Idle Now" and "Currently In-Game". This happens because of Kaspersky 2016's crappy application control, which blocks very dangerous programs like those .exe on Steam folder and CDisplayEx, an e-reader.
