Will idleing the same game in multiple windows double my hours played?

For instance, say I open csgo with idle master through the command line to idle for hours. Will opening another window with csgo or other multiple windows help boost my hours played? I know that you can open multiple windows already with other games and it will still count the hours spent ingame, but would it be possible to do this with one game and multiple windows of that one game?

No it'd only run once. Steam only registers you're sending a signal saying you're playing the game. It doesn't care if you say you're playing it multiple times.
