add trusted connection links, like in TeamViewer

whenever you try to connect from the login screen it posts this message:

 Would you like to accept secure desktop input from Steam?
You must respond to this dialog while sitting at the PC.
If you are seeing this when you aren't using a controller or Steam, In-Home Streaming then you should check your PC for malware. 

but i am trying to connect from my parents home, 80km away from my computer. it's kinda silly to not allow a IP or computer ID to be granted access on future requests, since the connection is password protected anyway.

the current work-around is quite simply use TeamViewers "trusted computers list" feature to login using my phone, click the "ok" button and switch back to the remote play app. but this requires your competitors service to also be installed on our phones.
