Remote Play Issue with Elite Dangerous

When using remote play to stream Elite Dangerous from my desktop PC to my laptop, remote play freezes when starting up the new launcher via the stream option on the laptop. I can navigate through the launcher on my desktop PC and launch the game. Once the game is launched past the launcher and it’s starting to load the actual game, the laptop stream will unfreeze and I can start controlling the game through the laptop. The previous launcher caused no issues with remote play, only the new launcher is causing this issue. Only when the focus of the stream is on the new Elite Dangerous launcher does it end up freezing.
