Steam Link Mouse Compatibility with iPad Air
ISSUE
Mouse while holding left or right mouse button imitates a touch press and causes the screen to constantly scroll up and down while mouse moves up and down.

OS
iPad Air - iOS 15.4
Up to date Steam link app on iOS
Up to date Steam on Windows 10 PC
Up to date Windows 10 PC

STEPS
Connect Bluetooth or wired mouse connected through the USBC port on the iPad
Launch Steam link on an iPad
Disable Touch input from Steam Link iOS App
Connect to PC enabled Steam
Open any program that can show a scrolling feature (Tested with multiple applications)
Click and Hold Left Mouse Button, Move Mouse up and down to view the action of scrolling

RESULTS
Any game or program that you have to click and hold the mouse button to operate, like camera moving things or holding to shoot a gun in games, forces a input as if you are scroll wheeling as you move the mouse.

Work Around
If you are holding the Mouse button then scroll wheel up and down it locks the scroll wheel and you can continue normally, but it doesn't help if you are constantly having to do that while playing a game.

Personally tested
-Tested the clicking and hold outside or in other apps, no problems viewed
-Spent hours in iOS settings trying to remove scroll wheel or changing ways the click would interact with the iPad itself but problem persisted regardless of the settings
-Disabled scrolling completely on windows 10 Completely on the host computer, but the scrolling input from the mouse was still going through (shows its acting like a touch input)
-Tested 4 Different Mice from multiple Logitech mice, Final Mouse and Dell Mice. Persists through all brands, again just in Steam link App

Side note - I usually use the onscreen custom button that inputs a mouse click and that works completely fine. Seems to not fully disabling touch controls when they are disabled and acting as if the mouse is your finger only when you hold
