Star Citizen misbehaving mouse question (streaming to Steam from PC to laptop)

So—streaming star citizen from my gaming desktop works great. except when I go into interaction mode, my mouse goes nuts (as in moving the pointer also is still locked to the camera). However, when I use the right touch pad its the same issue and i see the mouse cursor seems to be block on the bottom right corner of the screen. Any ideas? It’s like the mouse input is being interpreted or try to move out without succes

I am having exactly the same problem trying to stream star citizen to my steam deck through the steam link app. Any updates?
If I physically go back to my desktop while it is still streaming, all the controls work perfect. So it is something with steam streaming. Or something with the way star citizen interprets the controls from steam streaming.
edit: its getting worse, i don't think its a star citizen issue, now my mouse and keyboard don't go through at all, even just at the desktop. (I had my steam deck docked) nothing works undocked either, I have restarted everything.
I think valve might have abandoned the whole streaming concept, which is a major shame, if steam streaming worked right it would open up so many possibilities, for me it would at least.
