Win 10 - Launch Option Dialog boxes will not pop up. Games will not launch.
Since going back early to mid November, an update caused an issue that any sort of game that has a dialog box pop up with different launch options will NOT show up on the client system connecting to the host system Which means you can hit "stream" on a game multiple times and get nothing to start. If a game doesn't have a pop up dialog box, it launches with no issues at all.

Steps to replicate.
Go to the client PC
Select a game in the library that has a launch option pop up. For this example we can use Valheim.
Go to Valheim, click stream on the client PC
Client will not launch game, the 'stream' button will not show the game is launched.

If valheim is launched on the host PC and a option is selected from the dialog box, lets say, launch with vulkin. The game should launch normally. Then the client can then connect to it.

Can confirm this behavior on Win 11, and with Valheim as well as No Man's Sky, two titles I own. Bumping this for some visibility, because anything that uses these dialog boxes (Kerbal, Slay the Spire for two titles I don't own yet know this impacts) will run into this issue.

I can provide screenshots if needed, but Canyew has the replication exactly, including the workaround of launching on host PC then using "Connect" on the streaming machine.

I suspect launcher options might get around this for some games, but where those do not exist (or are documented yet don't work, like -force-vulkan for Valheim) this remains a limitation/bug on the Steam platform, and I imagine it a hard sell to try and tell every game developer to work around this kind of an issue.
