Mouse Can't Control Camera

I'm having an issue with my mouse in the in-home streaming program. I can see my mouse cursor and move it about the screen - the left and right mouse click work to control the game... but in any games that require the mouse to control your camera (such as looking around from a first person perspective), the mouse doesn't work. It's as if the stream system doesn't adjust the mouse setting for that purpose. For some games, this isn't an issue. But for games such as Slime Rancher or Subnautica, it makes the games impossible to play through the streaming platform.

For stats, I'm streaming from my iMac to my Windows 10 tablet. Both of them have the mouse plugged in. The windows 10 tablet has a wired mouse plugged in to the USB while the iMac has a wireless mouse connected. I attempted to bring the wireless mouse to my tablet, but unfortunately, the signal cuts out in the part of the house I'm in - but I don't feel like that is a proper "fix" for this situation.

Other than that, the keyboard and mouse work perfectly on games such as Undertale, Terraria, or Pillars of Eternity.
