and global ilumination, there is no packet loss, or frameloss.
But bf4 even on low setting , has 15% network packet loss, and 5% video frame loss.
After 7 minutes of gameplay more or less, the video frame encoder come back to 30 FPS
So it's just a problem with a single game.
While i watch my desktop, it's really really fluid when i play on it while streaming is enabled.
I give up for the moment, every games are working fine with steam streaming.
Edit blabla not related to the subject::
I have a probleme with vignette effect in game, it give me headache, along with sometime motion blur, sometime filmgrain, and other after effect in other games.
It's not a bad thing for me to stop playing this game, there is no way to stop vignette effect.
Unfortunally no.
Here are topics where users fix problems, but it's just about changing display refresh rate from 60i to 60p if they use intel graphics:

ANother user, who used is ethernet cord, to a surge protector, limited at 100Mbit/s
He fixed 30 video frames rate, by not using the anti-surge device with his cable.

Another user, but i dunno where i found the topic, can't retrieve it.
He fixed the problem with old ea client / origin, by asking in settings, to close the origin client, when game close. (or it was something similar)
Unfortunally, he sayd we could create some sort of patch to origin client to enable again this function, but there was no clue on how to do it.
One other user, told us about fixing the problem, when every battlefield games, will have in game browsers again.
He thought there is actually a problem linked to origin + browsers launching games, making the stream to drop frames / having 30 fps lock ?
Blabla: l aptop linux/gnu side i switched from kubuntu 16.04, to kde neon.
Tryed different nvidia drivers (just in case it would fix something, lol i dunno how to fix things anyway :p )
Desktop computer, switching to different graphic driver is useless.
There was different origin updates, and one with a new interface.
I tryed every options in origin settings, enabled / and disabled.
I currently use software encoder, it is working better with current stable steam client than before.
I tryed AMD encoder, Intel encoder, no luck either.
Having another display: a 4/3 1024x768 @85hz 16" display
I tryed the game 1024x768 @ 60hz, and 85hz.still 30fps.
Switched to 1920x1080 @ 60hz, by having edid disabled in graphics driver, still 30fps.
Everytime i switch resolution in game, there is a 60 FPS white video stream. but it's no use.
Software streaming encoding, is the best setting actually, to not notice a lot, the problem.
WIth intel or amd encoder, i can't manage to play this game, without having some sort of eye strain.
last edit:
Red green and blue lines, are flat, between 10ms and 20ms, in test range.
So it's ok at last.
I have 60 video frames rate in borderless, but for an unknown reason it switch to 30 after few minutes of gameplay.
The red green and blue line in software mode encoding, is showing up to 40 ms or more instead of 10ms, but i'm not sure if it switch back to 30, is because of it.
