No sound on client side, but only for some games

Hey, got a weird scenario here. Win10 Host -> Win10 Client. Some games work fine, for some games the clients hears no sound at all, some games just the music but no sound effects. But without changing any settings on either end like i said, some games just work, including sound and sound effects. (Also we stumbled upon one game so far where the clients side controller gets not recognized here despite working fine in every other game..)
I made a small list.

everything works
- overcooked
- assault on android cactus
- pummel party
- moving out
- unrailed


no sound (music/effect) at all for client
- resident evil revelations 2
- blue estate
- warhammer kill team


no sound effects for client
- towerfall


client controller not detected, can't start local game (same controller works fine for every other game)
- renegade ops
