Ghostrunner is unplayable because mouse won't lock to window
I'm having some game-breaking issues with Ghostrunner that has previously occurred with a few other games, including Deep Rock Galactic.

The game starts up and everything is fine, but every once in a while, one of two problems occurs:

(1) Small movement of the mouse sometimes (about once per minute) cause the first-person view to jump to a completely random point (usually looking straight up or straight down, but sometimes just turned around backwards).

These jarring transitions make the game literally unplayable, as random view displacement is EXTREMELY disorienting and causes motion sickness. (Plus, in a performance-demanding game like Ghostrunner, this jarring transition in the middle of a jump has like a 95% chance of killing you.)

(2) Sometimes, clicking the mouse button causes the game window to disappear and be replaced with the Steam window, other windows of the Windows environment, or the desktop.

Both issues point to a common problem: the game window is not correctly capturing the mouse. Moving the mouse beyond the window boundary causes the view to jump to a random point; and clicking outside the bounds of the window brings other windows to the front of the Z-order, above the game window.

Note that Ghostrunner has two video settings: Windowed and Borderless Window. 99% of the games that I play via Steam Remote Play require Borderless Window and run perfectly fine; I've played through Doom, Halo, Hades, etc. without any issues in this mode. Only a few games, including Ghostrunner, have this problem.
