Streaming video corrupted on Linux Clients

ISSUE
Streaming video from Linux PC os corrupted

OS
Ubuntu 18.04

STEPS
- Install the latest Steam client on both computers
- Start steam on both computers
- Try to stream from a Linux computer
- option A - Run from a Linux PC using Nvidia GPU
- option B - Run from a Linux PC using Intel Graphics
- option C - Stream from Linux (option A or B) to Windows PC

RESULTS
FOr all options (on point 3) the video is corrupted.

EXPECTED
The video is clear an not corrupted.

EDIT 2: It should be noted that before the upgrade to the latest version, I had experienced the same issue with the previous beta version. Once I uninstalled the beta the streaming worked again (i.e. it wasn't corrupted). Now that the production build is released I cannot revert back to the previous version.

Edit 3: Streaming from Windows 10 to Linux is also corrupted

EDIT 4: I have also created a support request for this ( HT-G29W-KCNK-2TB) but was told to raise it here instead :/
