Second: you need to setup a private VPN or use some other software to remotely access your PC at home. Google has many solutions for this. Wouldn´t want to do this over public WiFi for security reasons, though...
Lastly: the feature is called InHome Streaming, not InStarbucks Streaming. Which value would Valve have to offer such a feature? *scnr*
While I understand the reasons behind why Valve would not want to create this feature, I am all for it! I would love to be able to stream my games onto my laptop on the go from a different network, not just my home network.
