Streaming from 1080p source to 2560x1080 widescreen?

Hi everyone,

So I just scooped up a 29' AOC Q2963PM (2560x1080 resolution), and I'm currently using this on my 'client' machine (a docked Dell Venue 11 Pro). My host machine for gaming is an MSI GT70 with a 1920x1080 display. How would I be able to (if at all possible) be able to stream from the host to the client in the client's native resolution?

(And yes, it's a rather odd combination to have the high-end monitor on the client; it's just the versatility of using the client [an all-in-one tablet] for everything aside from gaming, so I set the giant laptop aside and dedicated it to streaming...)

You can only stream the host´s resolution. Anyway, you could take a "dummy adaptor" to simulate a second monitor and let that have 1920x1080 to stream the games you want.But: no guarantee / no warranty provided ;)

There also should be an option for the client to limit to a specific resolution, but I´ve never tried.
