My experiences with using AMD hardware encoding are quite poor. Software encoding gives much more stable results.

I ve switched back top Software en- and decode. But it seems to slow down for 10 Frames. The game Overall doesen t run smooth with this Setting.

Can sombody proof my finding, that my host CPU is too slow ?
