The average user being technical enough to configure this might be a bit tricky.
That´s a cool idea, thanks. I´ve bought several RC power sockets recently but used only one for the lights in my bedroom. Now I can turn on and off (yeah, I know) my PC from bed and stream to my tablet whitout getting up ;)
^ What he said :)
But if it were a shortcut from the OS then that would be even better . That would save the firstys from a accedental mistake in the bios. just be careful if you never been in a bios guys.
That's no problem, when your Dektop PC is at Home and you in a Hotel. You can Wake up him online ( you need for example "Teamviewer" and fixed IP adress from your Provider ( or DynDNS ) then you can start PC`s on other locations.
But IHS is only for home to stream on Lan and wifi.
