So really don't know why this is happening, sorry.
Is on Program Files (x86) > splashtop folder, search in the folder to look the drivers folder, go to monitor and run the 32 and 64bits uninstall with admin mode.
It's my best best guess.

With this link you can also optimize your internet connection. So i've tested some MTU values like described in this Link on one machine, until the packages weren't split, for me it was MTU = 1492 like it was set on my Router too, so you have to look on your Router MTU value too, and set the MTU value permanently in the Windows Registry with this description (Link):

It's described under "Alternative (Registry Editor):". So you have to find there your network adapter, you have to look for the IP address or gateway IP of it.
