Remote Play PC-2-PC regular stuttering

Hello,

I have a systematic issue while using the Remote Play by Steam between two PCs connected on the same account.
There are directly connected by Ethernet.
The client's PC is a laptop with a 4070 laptop (MSI AI).
And the host is also on an NVidia card.

When the dedicated GPU is used I report this issue :

It's absolutely regular what ever the streaming configuration I choose. There is a regular "freeze" or "stuttering" during the network spade.

When I switch on Hybryd GPU, this issue doesn't appear anymore (but the streaming is less smoothy).

Obviously, if possible I want to play smooth (so with the dedicated GPU) but without this trouble. Do you have any idea to fix it?

make sure windows network is set to private not public
disable any vpn
if using wifi, check router settings, disable wifi isolation
