You can set up your host and client settings there too.
For me it only said install, and not stream.
The reason the stream button didn't show for me was because I needed to agree on a document before I could play it. To solve this simply start to install it and it let you agree on everything, cancel the install and then you stream button should show like intended.
If it says play I guess you already have agreed on everything so can't help there... but, why stream it if you can play it directly on the machine or why have it installed if you want to stream it vice versa?
also try steams steam link app for windows/linux/apple/ios
