Sorry to break it to you, but it's impossible to connect it to a TV without some form of computer. That is... unless Valve develops a Smart TV app.

Yea i thought so. An app would be great as i have a smart tv. I can't see this being too usefull for living rooms until the get something like that out there

its kinda usless in regard to those of us that wanted mobility baught gaming laptops .. it would be nice to play steam games on my tablet for example .. but from one pc to another is kinda moot point unless u have a gaming pc with a work laptop .. but gaming laptops are so cheep now that in my dicition what computer to buy im happy upgrading more often at less cost with a lappy vs tower ..

btw .. most graphics cards and laptops have a hdmi connection to run into yr smart .. or any other hd tv

aye, runs purty on a dell venue pro 8. just need to get something like the gamevice (not out yet - hurry up) and you will have a massive screen handheld.
