disable any vpn
make sure windows network is set to private not public
if using wifi, check router settings, disable wifi isolation for the ssid you use
in steam setting, remote play allow direct = all/auto/my not disabled
i've got the same issue.
I have three devices :
- PC on Win10
- SteamDeck on SteamOS
- Macbook on Macos
- All are on IPV4
- Tested with at least 3 different games
- Firewalls are disabled everywhere
PC and deck can stream to each other, without any issue. Everything is fine, in both ways. But none can stream with the Mac.
I click on connect, it show "Stop" in blue for 2 seconds, and then goes back to connect. The game is launch on the host (by hand, or automatically at the first try), but nothing else is possible.
in the streaming_log.txt, I got nothing since weeks.
