Remote Play Together [couldn't connect to the remote computer]
On any game i try to play with my brother, i got this message: couldn't connect to the remote computer.
I already tested all the TCP and UDP ports on both machines and they are all unblocked on the firewall and correct forwarded on the router. I tested on the localhost and over the internet on both machines.

How can i debug this error? There is any log for the Steam Remote Play Together?

Are you using the old library client on the host computer ? Because it seems that the old client is not compatible with the latest version. Worked util a couple weeks ago, but not own.

I didn't get it. Old library client? Do i need steam beta to use this feature?

Many users are still using the old client (before the November 2019 updated) because they can't stand the new library.
Anyway there is no problem on that part. I've tried with a laptop and my gaming pc ad host (with the old client) and it's working.

The first time I tried Remote Play, I encountered this problem (my "guest" did). I was using the Windows key to get to the Steam Client and Friends List to invite. This doesn't work; you must use the Steam Overlay to access the Friends List and make the invitation. Maybe pointing out this distinction can help you or others.
When we figured that out, the connection was made; unfortunately that's as far as we got.

The logs that get created aren't very helpful, in my experience. It can be found in your Steam directory. Don't go deeper to the "Steamapps" or "Common" directories; it's higher, in the Steam directory. Just search in your file explorer for the Steam folder. (commonly: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam)

You'll find that the log file on the host computer is quite small compared to the one found on the "remote" computer (the one who's the guest, basically.
I hope this helps; if you learn something and are successful at making this work, PLEASE post your experience.
The two of us tried to "remote play together" four different games in both "directions" (who's hosting) and NONE were successful. I'd like to learn what it takes to make this work. I plan to go over the forum to see what I can learn.

(I'm not in front of the computer I used to remote play so I can't give you filenames off the top of my head. When I get there, I'll update this post. In the meantime, maybe you can still find them.

I tried everything I know that would interfere with network applications, but nothing works.
Unfortunately, Steam Remote Play Together don't have any serious support from Valve.

The only solution i found was to play using Parsec. Works like a charm.

I have the same problem on my and another friend computer if we try to host, on our other 2 friends it work like a charm. So we 4 can play using remote if 1 of the 2 friends go host the game, if i try to host it fails to conect... Sorry the bad English
