Streaming mouse snaps to look straight down
Hi, I've experienced this on a couple of Steam titles and non Steam titles alike. An example of a steam title would be Everquest (It's available both through Steam and direct from Sony, here we're talking about the Steam edition).

In titles where you right click the mouse to mouse look (hold down right mouse button and move mouse), sometimes the camera will snap straight down, so you are immediately looking at your feet. My suspicion is it happens when the host or client mouse pointer is near the actual bottom of the screen.

Anyone else experiencing this? Known issue?

I reported (bugreport) this and similar problems with "Right Mouse Button Look" but got never an answer from Valve. Seems to be a fundamental problem how mouse movement is captured and transfered. They should take a look at "Input Director" which works perfectly with Splashtop Streamer.

Interesting, I seem to remember having the same problem with Splashtop (i.e. mouse snapping to look down) when I first tried it to stream games, so I'll investigate "Input director".

Glad it's not just me though :)

I used to have this problem with WildStar, but since the last major patch to WildStar it works fine now. Appaently they did something in game to improve it, but I still have the issue with FFXIV though. It seems like something is wrong in general if all these games are having the same issue.
