Resolution and mouse =(

I log in remotely from my MacBook to my computer via my home network - everything is fine! But if I go in the same way - via the Internet - connecting to a computer - the mouse does not hit the icons according to the screen resolution. To hit them, you need to hold the mouse lower and to the right. What could be the problem?

And if i remote in Home - resolution 16:9, when from internet - resolution 4:3 - like 1024 on 768.
It's very strange, because all settings same.
