Remote Play streaming all the sound from pc, and not just the game

Is there a way so that i only stream the sound from the game im currently playing, beacause if im playing a game with someone using Remote Play on another computer and when we are talking on discord they can hear all the sound i hear as the host, which gets kinda annoying for them because they can hear themself.
