Steam link on Nvidia shield not working

I installed Steam Link on my Nvidia Shield.
My deskptop PC has beens discovered on the app and I managed to associate the android TV device to the PC with the PIN code.
Unfortunately, I was unable to connect Steam Link to my PC, event after disabling my firewall, botnet protection and other things.
I even tried to activate ICMP response, Upnp on my router with no luck.

What is strange is that it is working fine if I try Steam link on my android phone (connecting to the same PC).

I have to say that all devices are on the same subnet.

Has someone alreayd encountered such issue or could give me some clue ?

Hello, i have the exact same problem as you.

My Phone and tablet works out of the box but on the nvidia shield the app is unable connect the pc.

I don't have any ideas.
